Returns Policy

Firstly please pay close attention to the care instructions for decorated garments stated below

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR DECORATED GARMENTS

• TURN INSIDE OUT
• MACHINE WASH COLD
• NO BLEACH
• NORMAL HEAT DRY
• DO NOT DRY CLEAN

We do adhere to a strictly quality control before shipping but in a rare occasion things can be missed. We will ONLY replace defective customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is in anyway defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

How to arrange a return?

• Contact us by phone (028 406 48004) or by email (sales@digitaldesignsni.co.uk).
• We will set up a way for you to return the items back to us.
• We will provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned defective item.
