## Our Commitment

We guarantee that your order will:

* Match the approved artwork and specification provided at the time of ordering
* Be produced using quality materials and decoration methods
* Be inspected before dispatch
* Arrive free from manufacturing defects

## If There's a Problem

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is:

* Faulty
* Damaged
* Incorrectly supplied
* Not produced in accordance with the approved artwork

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us investigate quickly, we may request photographs of the affected item along with your order details.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution which may include:

* Replacement of the affected item
* Repair where appropriate
* Full or partial refund

## What's Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Damage caused by failure to follow our garment care instructions
* Incorrect sizing selected at the time of ordering
* Errors contained within artwork approved by the customer before production
* Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper storage

## Garment Care

To maximise the lifespan of your decorated garments, please follow the instructions in our Garment Care Guide. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the durability of the decoration and may invalidate claims relating to print or embroidery performance.
